Walsh & Company currently has a portfolio of multifamily assets under management. Walsh & Company has built this portfolio primarily through off-market transactions due to the company chairman and founder’s many relationships developed and nurtured over his long and successful career. These first-look opportunities coupled with Walsh & Company’s multidisciplinary approach to investment analysis are key differentiators that have propelled our success. Walsh & Company is actively seeking multifamily investment opportunities, from 50-unit properties to large portfolios. Our target properties range from garden style to high-rise and in metropolitan and suburban markets throughout California, Washington, Hawaii, Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada, Arizona and Texas.
